Hello, I have a hard lump next to my urethra the size of a pea. No STDs or STIs. I visited a general practitioner that said it looks healthy and not cancerous but that was it. Sex is difficult because the lump hurts when moved but other than that it doesn't really hurt but from specific angle, tender to touch. What could it be, should I ring more
alarm bells? Or would this go away on its own.

This is called as bartholin cyst, usually you would need only pain relief. Salted water bathes give relief in this regard.

If it gets too big, sometimes it would need operation.
