I am worried about my right breast There is not a lump but my nipple is always very itchy and also sometimes a clear fluid comes out of the nipple
Dr. David :

This is Dr. David

Dr. David :

you could have a fungal infection around the nipple if the area is itchy and if you have fluid coming out.

Dr. David :

you need a mammogram and breast ultrasound and blood testing to check your prolactin levels. high prolactin blood levelsl can cause nipple discharge.

Dr. David :

when was your last breast mammogram?

Customer: I have never had one
Dr. David :

then you should get a mammogram and breast ultrasound scan.

Dr. David :

at age 53, you need to start with breast imaging

Dr. David :

and you should see your GP doctor about this.

Customer: I will thank you very muchu
