My husband is having a colonoscopy on Wednesday after receiving an abnormal result in Bowel cancer screening test. HE has always previously had normal results . They are done as routine tests every 2 years after age 60. As preparation 2 days before colonoscopy he has been told to have low residue diet to eat things like boiled potato fish poultry no fruit and veg. he has followed this but without thinking i sprinkled fish with lemon juice for cooking Will this matter.? what is the likelihood also that something would be wrong within 2 years of normal result. As i said in a previous question the doctor recently diagnosed a small bleeding pile
