Hello there am very worried about by daughter she is 14.

Customer Question

Hello there
am very worried about by daughter she is 14.
I am separated from her dad about 18 months, she has a brother and 2 sisters.
she spends a lot of time in bed - tired , she has become very withdrawn and isolates herself. She struggles to get to bus on time for school. Is very disorganised.
have just read her diary and she has written she depressed. Also that she is cutting herself. Has done this a few times but wants to stop.
I have not confronted her with this information as I do not want her to know I have read her diary (beside her bed)
I took her to see a counsellor yesterday, but she would not engage at all.
I have told her that I am worried about her, she says there is nothing wrong and leaver her alone.
We fight quite a lot. Her brother and sisters are fed up with her behaviour
