Please give more details. Is the abdomen bloated? Does he feel better when carried on shoulder?
Please try keeping on tummy few minutes under observation, keeping face on side, because abdominal colic is likely. If feeding normally and having regular bowel, urine output, nothing may be wrong bodily but just a behaviour issue. Many babies this age cry for no apparent reason, till about 12 weeks age.

Abdomin is not bloated but doesnt feel better on shoulder. Seems to settle in a bouncy chair with vibration on. Hes on a laxative as was constipated. He also is being sick quite a bit through mouth and nose

Please stop laxative if stool was never hard earlier, as daily motion is not necessary, especially if only breastfed.
You may have to bear with this till age of around 3 months, if crying is for few evening hours. If more constant and day plus night, you may have to go for tests to rule out pain causing conditions, or if regular weight gain is not there.
