Hi,Is a headache that resolves itself without painkillers within a short time normal for a 6 years old child? It only happened once.He also complained about right leg pain (cramping pains) on a separate day but that too happened once. I believe it is not a growing pain as it only affected one leg.I am actually not sure if he isn’t making these pains up to stay at home as he told about them to us while driving to school but true or not I just want to find o
