Customer: My son is 18 months old and has a fever for three days. I gave him paracetamol. From yesterday, he had sores on the front of the tongue and also the gums with some redness in the gums

He had a runny nose two weeks ago and the same time he had diarrhea. Then, he was fine . Since last Sunday he experienced fever
