Hello. This is Dr Geyik and I will be assisting you today.
Can I please ask if he has any signs of pain, rash, cough, breathing difficulties, vomiting, urine problems?
Is he awake or sleeping at the moment?
If he is sleeping at the moment, are you able to wake him up?
And can you check his temperature now please?
Is he rousable because you said he was a bit drowsy?
Can you check his temperature and breathing? Is his breathing normal to you?
Is that in the ear or armpit?
And any rash anywhere at all?
Finally, could you check his hands and feet; are they cold, hot or normal temperature?
The only concerning symptoms are the low temperature of 35.3 and being drowsy.
Although this could just be a viral illness it is a bit worrying that he has low temperature and is a bit drowsy, so I feel that it is best if you could get him checked in the hospital to ensure he is stable and will not deteriorate.
You can also call 111 but it will take a long time see a doctor.
That is much better.
In that case, I suggest you call 111 for further assessment.
And if his temperature drops below 35.5 again, he develops breathing issues, vomiting, rash, more drowsiness, then you should take him to A+E or call 999.
Are you able to see a local doctor in the morning?
That can happen with babies, especially at this time of the night as they are naturally very sleepy.
In the morning, you can contact the following telemedicine sites as they can do video consultations. Concilio.com can provide prescriptions which will be valid in Spain.

You can give him paracetamol for any fever and/or irritation. You should make sure he feeds well.
Plus if he is rousable and not too drowsy, feeding well, breathing normally, doesn't have a rash or vomiting, then he should be fine.
Yes, that is fine.
You are most welcome.
