Could you please tell how to stop the rear springs on

This answer was rated:

Hello could you please tell how to stop the rear springs on our Peugeot boxer from sqeaking is the bolts or the plasticky pad between the two leafs of the the rear spring.
Thank you Chris.

Normally lubircation is the only way to stop that if the two leafs are creaking/squeaking...try spraying in white lithium based grease..but to get it right in you need to get the weight off the leafs so you need get the body of van jacked up and the axle able to hang - normally that can work unlike wd-40/axle grease which will wash away through road surface water etc...i note you mention the vehicle only 16months old.this could be something to take up with the dealer first id say...but as above normally that about the only way to limit that..might be worth a try..i do hope this helps
