Hi, My new Peugeot Partner (2010) has only been with me for a few miles but jams in neutral. 1st. time I was at a crossroad and wanted to start off in 1st but could not seem to find neutral.
JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: 2nd time, a few hours ago I was attempting to overtake a vehicle as we came to the overtaking lane and uphill. I tried to go down from 5th to 4th but jammed in neutral. Had my daughter in the car as witness.
JA: What is the model/year of your Peugeot?
Customer: Teppee
JA: What year is your Peugeot?
Customer: 2010
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have called the showroom from where it was bought a fortnight ago. He said to bring it in on Monday though he argues with me that it is the way I am driving. I have had experience of 8 different models and have been driving for about 18 years.

Customer: The indicaters are funny too. I indicate left, for example. Then I knock off the indicater which sometimes switches on the right indication instead of shutting off. This has happened a few times and could prove fatal.

When the indicator is clicked off from right, it sometimes switches directly over to left. and visa-versa. Also it very often stays an extra clik (each direction) after it is switched off.
