Ok. great. its a pretty simple procedure for a mechanic to carry out. the cost for the sensor will be between £45 and £70 then one hours labour. id estimate a total cost of between £100 to £150

It’s not the sensor. It the wire from the sensor to the loom

The sensor was replaced. It didn’t fix the problem because it’s not the sensor it’s the wire that runs to the loom

it would involve removing a few trim panels and clips underneath. with labour and materials to repair the wire or replace if necessary will be roughly £130
