Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Your system can accommodate a maximum of 6 handsets total. You could pair 2 more to your existing system. Alternately, you can use an entirely separate system with its own base station and 3+ handsets. However, the 2 systems would operate independently. You can still answer calls on both, but can't transfer calls between the 2 systems, make intercom calls between them, share a phone book, etc.

Here is an additional system I'd suggest: remember to turn off the answering machine on one of the systems, you can't use both at the same time.Using voicemail may make more sense though, since you can check that from either system.Best regards,Nathan
