I have a Panasonic cordless ' 'phone set model PNLC1047. one

I have a Panasonic cordless ' 'phone set model PNLC1047. one of two "satellite" receivers cuts off when receiving a call after anything between one and three minutes. The battery is fully charged. It sometimes suggests that it is not connected to the base. I have mislaid my instructions. Can you help please?
Hi Peter,This is probably because the satellite handsets are too far from the base station. if you move them closer do you still get the same problem?Do you have another model number, possibly on the base, rather than PNLC1047?Regards,Richard

Dear *****
It is one handset that is the problem in my study. It has worked perfectly since purchase about 18 months ago. I have replaced the batteries
Hi Peter,Do you mean that replacing the batteries has resolved the problem?Best Regards,Richard

No it has made no difference. It will work from 1 to 3 minutes and then cuts out and a picture appears on the screen. I have lost the instructions and seem to remember when I installed the set that I had to perform an operation so that the satellites would syncronize with the base?
Hi Peter,I'm struggling to identify which Panasonic system you have, I think PNLC 1047 is the code for the battery. I think it may be a KXPRW130. If so, please find details of how to register the handset attached. If you could identify any other model numbers that might help.Best Regards,Richard

I haven't rated you yet. In fact I don't think you are very good . My 'phone is not the model you suggest. I have been slow in answering because I have been ill. Please take "my "excellent rating down. If you wish try again. I am certainly not rating you at this point. The model PNLC1047 appears on Panasonic's website. As an expert I thought you would have found it by now
Hi Peter,Yes, no need to rate me until I find a solution.Sorry to hear you've been ill.I've just entered PNLC 1047 into Panasonic search again and nothing appears - can you provide the website link you're using please? Is there a number on the base unit?Best Regards,Richard
