Hi there, if some one rings me, the phone goes straight to voicemail.
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?
Customer: KC-TGC 220E
JA: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have only realised at about 4 this afternoon. I have switched on the answerphone, pressed the end button and that was all. mind, as an old woman I might have done something silly. It was only when a friend tried to ring, that I found out.Karin

Please try unplugging power to your Modem, for a minimum of 5 minutes,

replug, wait 5 more for it to start up, and see how it works from there.

 

If no improvement, then it is a line/service outage which would have to be resolved by the phone company.
