Customer: I never received and consultations notes or anything until after my surgery I

After my surgery I was show consultation notes which I had not ever seen before my surgery. The notes written had that I wanted a natural result which I didn't ask for and that I may need a second survey due to fat reabsorption. I was not made aware of this and had I of know I wouldn't have proceeded with the surgery.
