Andrew Smith : Have you cleaned the electrodes?
Andrew Smith : does it continue to spark even though it lights?
JACUSTOMER-6ztzpcdb- :

no.the ignitor does not keep firing after ignition. i have also now changed venturies. the boiler fan comes on, the ignitor comes on, the boiler fires up. it lasts only a couple of seconds, and then locks out. the red light comes on and the fan continues.

Andrew Smith :

Are you able to take the cover off and definitely make sure it has stopped sparking before cutting out - it sounds like it does not know it is lit
