Hi . mains pressure builds up over night as its not being used as it is during the day. As this extra pressure is released when taps / toilet is used in thgev morning it can cause more sound( worst case ,water hammer ) in the system.
Options are 1 fit a drop tight pressure reducing valve that will keep the pressure regulated and not allow it to rise during the night.
2 fitting a water hammer arrester( basically a small vessel that takes up extra pressure in he system.
3 fit a different type of toilet filling valve called equilibrium valve , made by torbeck.( works in some cases)
