We have quite a large house and have just added a ground floor

Customer Question

We have quite a large house and have just added a ground floor extension to the end furthest away from the ch boiler. Three radiators have been added on a loop from the main upstairs feed. The first radiator gets hot but the remaining two do not. Can you help?

Hi ,have you tried rebalancing the radiators, ie, turning down the very hot ones at the valve meant for balancing(not the trv/on off valve).open the coldest ones the most, often almost fully open. If this doesn't work you may need a bigger pump,
