I have just noticed that there is a constant flow of 'cold' water going through the tundish in our airing cupboard. There are no problems with heating or hot water currently, but I'm worried there might be a problem with the pressure reducing valve. Ordinarily there's a slow drip, but at the moment it's like a tap has been left on. Advice would be gratefully received.

Hi , most likely the pressure vessel for the unvented cylinder needs recharging(pumping back up) to 1.5 bar. This can be done with a car tyre pump. It will be the white or blue round vessel (red is normally for central heating. . Your cylinder may have an inbuilt one , but it would say on a label
