Good morning, can you please clarify what you question is relating to plumbing?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Good morning James
My cylinder is not getting hot water. I have a communal heating system. Heating is working fine but not hot water. The pipe which feeds the cylinder is coming with hot water but doesn't fill the cylinder, maybe there is an air lock or something

OK whilst I understand that you have a communal heating system do you not have an individual hot water system? I can't follow why you would have a water cylinder in your home if the system of water heating was not seperate?
