Whenever I use hot water in the house the pipes set up a loud humming vibration that keeps going for some time after the water is turned off. This morning it lasted the best part of half an hour. It even disturbs my neighbours. Is it easy to sort?

Hi this will be the ball valve in your header tank in the loft. if you replace it the noise will stop
