Customer Question

Hi guys
Parents have 4 radiators that have stopped working. The system has been flushed. Replaced heating pump. Bled all Rads and changed valves and flushed out older rads. Balanced system. Shut down all Rads except ones that are not working. Still no heat to them. Microbire 10mm pipework. At a loss to do or know anything else.

If it's microbore you should have manifolds. As it's more than one radiator I would suggest that one of the manifolds has a blockage. If it's just pipe then the feed or return pipe supplying this radiator set is blocked.

Just check all rad valves are working before you start ripping out manifolds though.
