Ok, that is a pity, but confirms the problem
The error code 5200 means that the print head and the logic board of the printer are both faulty and will need to be replaced.
It is suggested to first replace the print head, which can be purchased here: http://www.amazon.com/Canon-QY6-0049-iP4000-MP780-MP750/dp/B000700K0S
before replacing the logic board, as only the print head may need replacing.

Of course, if the printer is still under warranty, this would be covered, and you would return the printer to have this done at no charge.
