Printer Repair Questions? Ask IT Technicians for Answers ASAP
Hello Sanjay! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed printer professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.I'm sorry about the issue. If you have a windows computer, go to Control Panel, Printers (or Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Devices and Printers), then right-click on the Canon... printer, then click on Printer preferences (if that is not an option, then click on Printer properties; if if it's still not an option, then click on Properties.), then click on Maintenance tab (and/or check other tabs as needed) on the top, then you should see the options to align / clean print head / nozzle, etc. there.- If you have a mac computer, then go to the Apple logo / menu, then System Preferences, then Print & Scan (or Print & Fax), then click on your Canon printer, then click on Options & Supplies, then click on Open Printer Utility in Utility tab.(or something similar), then you should see the options to align / clean print head / nozzle, etc. there. Please let me know if there is still any issue. Thank you,
Thanks for your reply.
I have done cleaning, deep cleaning, nozzle check, bottom plate cleaning, roller cleaning.
But still the print quality is poor, gap between the text printed, hazzy printout (text overlapping).
I have put correct new cartridge (CL 540 & CL 541).
Kindly help me out.
