My PixmaMP190 tells me its' Ink Absorber is almost full. What do I have to do?

Hello my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem.

Start with the printer OFF.
Hold down STOP/RESET button and then hold down the POWER button.
Release the STOP/RESET button but don’t let go of the power button yet.
Press RESUME twice, then release the POWER button.
Let the green light blink until the ink carriage has finished moving.
