I am sure you are great at your job but since speaking to you my computer has stopped working and although we now have access to the manual we cannot print it off as that was the original problem so we seem to be back at square one plus no computer working. Sorry.
Sorry about that. So this is a different issue: the computer is not working. What's wrong with the computer? Turn off the computer (press & hold power on/off button for about 7 seconds until it power off, then turn it back on, then let me know what happens.
