The printer does not have a waste ink tank it has a waste ink absorber. This is located at the bottom of the printer and involves stripping the printer to get to it. You could reset the waste ink counter and this will allow you to print some more normally the ink pads are not completely full when the message appears. You can replace the pads or you can wash the ink out and let them dry, it is a very messy job as there tends to be a lot of ink around the printer I always wear gloves as it takes days to get the ink of your hands.
