my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem.
I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this.
There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out .
Is it doing nothing at all or sending out blank pages? Will it print from other programs? How is it connected to the computer?

I'm not sure the fault is with my printer because just after I emailed u I printed out a reply from USA so I am wondering if the fault lies with the ticket agency. I shall try and contact them today and see if they have had problems with their system. My printer is quite new and I don't use it all that much, there could be a cartridge problem because the printed finish isn't as good as it should be. I had a HP LaserJet 4 years and it was first class.

That is actually why I asked if it printed from other pages Ray and if you do not use it much try to use it at least once a week. Not using them tends to make parts in laser printers wear down faster. Let me know if you still need to continue when you can.
