I have already tried cleaning.
I am now doing a deep clean.
I'm waiting for it to finish.
Ok. Sometime it takes about 3 or 4 times
Some clogs are so bad that it takes that many or worse, it does not unclog at all.
If it is that bad, do I just change the cartridge, or will that not do it?
If the clog bad, a deep cleaning wont help. The print head will need to be replaced.
OK.
It didn't work.
Check if your printer is under warranty first before ordering the part from Canon Warrant parts.
It's not. I've had it 18 months.
Ok. Hopefully the deep clean works.
It didn't work. So it is a new head?
Yes. A new head is the next step since the current one is clogged.
