My Epson WP 4535 has stopped printing. It appears to have a problem picking up the paper.
I think my grandson has tried to pint a picture on th rear feeder and since then It will not print

If you put paper in the rear feeder, does it print from this?

No rear feeder does not print either

ok, can you remove the power from the printer please and wait 10 minutes
Then plug the power back in, try to print and let me know please if it now prints

I have disconnected the Power for over 10minutes but it still will not print

What exactly happens when you try to print? Does anything move and react?
Does the printer go through the motions of trying to print?

The printer tries to print and appears to go through the print process, but it then jams as it will not pick up the paper. There is no jammed paper inside

ok, have you checked inside of the printer for any paper or pieces of paper at all?
Even a small piece of paper can trigger a sensor to stop it from feeding the paper through.

I have opened a new pack of paper and put sheets in the paper tray

but still can't get it to print

If you try to do a copy on the actual printer, does this work?

I have tried to do a colour copybut it will not print it and says there is a paper Jam

If there is no paper jammed, then it is a sensor that is faulting that detects the paper. This causes it to misread a jam.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have the faulting sensor found and replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
