I have a macbook pro and cannot get my canon printer to print {PIXMA 6320}. I have a USB cable connected from my computer to the printer. The laptop has this printer set as the default.

In the printer queue it says the printer is not connected

Put a document or photo faced down on the printer's glass, then use the Black Copy or Color Copy on the printer, does it copy?

Can I connect remotely to your computer, so I can fix the issue directly on your computer together with you?

If you test plugging in a USB drive, like a USB flash drive or an external USB hard drive to the computer, does it work?
