Was the printer working before or is it the first time you've set this up?

Please go to devices & printers
right click your printer
and select print properties
then click test print and tell me if the test print comes out?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Expert:  KamilAnwar1 replied 2 years ago.
Okay. right click the printer and select remove device.
Then click add printer, and choose "network, wireless or bluetooth" option and hit next, then tell me if the printer comes up in the search on the network, if it does, tell me what does it says in the search pane.

Your printer is not connected to your wireless router, which is the reason it is not working. Please connect it to your wireless router, then re-add it. After it is added, reply back.

Okay. Please run the installation disc that came with it to have it added to the computer, then test a test print. When you run the disc, you will automatically be taken through the steps. Let me know
