My Kodak ESP-3 seems to have broken. Every time the coloured ink lights up and tells me that no coloured ink is in place. It is, and I cannot now print anything. An hour ago it would print only in blue. And advice would be very welcome, Roger Freebairn

It is unchanged: the pink 'coloured light is flashing

On your computer, Start the KODAK All-in-One Printer Home Center Software.
NOTE: If the Help toolbar is not open, click the Help (?) icon in the upper-right corner of the window.
From the Help toolbar, select Maintenance.
Click Printhead Cleaning, and wait for the printer to complete the cleaning.
Once done, tell me if you still have the issue please

Done it. But still not working.

Thanks, ***** ***** the issue
It is the print head that has faulted.
A corrupted firmware or dirty printhead can cause this but we have now ruled this out.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

From the place you purchased it from
Where did you purchase it? As that's where you return it to
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I bought it in Tesco but they have discontinued selling them

That does not matter, you still return it to them for a warranty repair.
Its always returned to where you purchased it from
