I have installed my Pixma MG7150 onto my Acer 5410 laptop using the disc that came with my printer but when i try to print I keep getting an error message. I am trying to print wirelessly.

the printer icon appears OK with the green tick but when I press print and go to the print queue it just says error

Can you remove the power from the wifi router and the printer and wait 5 minutes.
Then connect the power to the wifi router and wait 5 minutes
Then connect the power to the printer, power the printer on and then try to print.

Can you please go to
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.
