I have ESP3200 series printer, have just replaced both cartridges

I have ESP3200 series printer, have just replaced both cartridges (Kodak). Have checked that both the power lead and USB cable are correctly plugged in. The printer does not either direct copying document or from the computer. What is wrong?

I am not getting error message in either situation

If you put the previous cartridges back into the printer, does it then print?

It does not print after removing and replacing cartridges

Thanks, ***** ***** out the cartridges as the cause.
Can you remove the power and wait 10 minutes for any residue power to drain.
Then connect the power, and turn on the printer and tell me please if it now prints.

Regret delay - phone call. Printer still not work.

It is the internal mainboard or printhead that has faulted. We have now confirmed this. We have ruled out all other causes for this
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have a hardware diagnostics performed and the faulting component replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
