Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. Is the '610 module' connected to mains, an AC Adapter?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Dear Russell H.,

I don't think so. It is an ordinary two pin mains lead which plugs into a plastic socket on the back of the printer.

This socket appears to be part of the outside of what may be a module. How can it be removed from the printer without breaking the plastic to check voltages? What should the voltages be?

If the module is OK, what else should be checked?
