Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. Tell me, please, whether your Canon 2900 is currently connected by network connection e.g. WiFi... or is it connected by USB connection? Also tell me, what Windows version is on your computer that you print from?or if an Apple computer, what MAC OS X version is on it? And, Is the 6100 still hooked up to the local network, or to this computer? With that info, I will be able to instruct you as to what to do. Let me know, please.
