I have a Canon MG6250 (Series 6200) All in one printer,

Customer Question

I have a Canon MG6250 (Series 6200) All in one printer, which has not had a lot of use. It completes any photocopying tasks without any problem, but when asked to print from the computer via Blue Tooth fails to do so. The only indication I get as to what is wrong is the computer screen shows that the printer is in 'error status' but not with any indentifying number. I am running Windows 10, upgraded from Windows 7, on an HP 625 laptop.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
