Once you click this link below(CLICK HERE)A file will automatically get downloaded. Check your download section, a file named ELSINORE.SCREENCONNECT will be present. Just open that file so that I can connect to your computer.
You need to open that file then only I will be able to access your system

Judy, if you are not able to open the session then follow these steps:
click the Apple icon , and then click System Preferences.
Click Printers and Scanners, Print & Fax, or Print & Scan to open the Printers list.
Right-click the blank space in the Printers list, and then click Reset printing system....(Check the attached image)
Click Reset in the confirmation window.
Enter the administrator user name and password, and then click OK.
Wait until the printing system is reset and no devices show in the Printers list.
Now click the + sign that you see under the empty Printers list.
Find and select the name of your printer from the Printer list, and then click Add to add your printer.
