Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Flick it through your fingers, then put it back into the printer and tell me if it removes the error please
ok, remove the ink cartridges please and use a cotton bud dipped in alcohol to clean the insides of the printhead where the cartridges go.
Clean this out, then let it dry for 10 minutes, then put the ink back in and tell me if the error removes please.
Why would you give me the worst rating possible indicating I was rude and incorrect when I had not even finished the process?
