Magicolor 2300DL giving error message size mismatch but all settings are correct and paper the same size, quality, weight and brand the same as being used for years. Paper does not eject fully at end of printing each page. Can you help?

Looking at the internet I see a lot of people have the same problem but no valid fixes offered.

This may be due to using an old print driver that is not compatible with your operating system, since this is quite an old printer.

Try uninstalling the printer from your computer, then reinstall the universal print driver from the Konica Minolta website:

Thanks Pete but this has not fixed the problem. The printer was working a long time with Window 7 but just stopped working properly giving the mismatch message. I upgraded to Windows 10 in the hopes that doing so would fix the problem, It didn't.
Any further ideas abut the cause?
