Printer trying to print but pages come out blank. just

printer trying to print but pages come out blank. just changed cartridges and trying first print after that

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

we tried unplug and plug socket again last night. does not help. the cartridges changed last night and printer was not working. we unplugged it left overnight plugged again this morning to try but still not printing. please help.

ok, when you changed the cartridges, did you remove the plastic tag on them that covers the contacts?
