HP photosmart C5280 put new ink cart in and brings up message refer to printer documentation. tried red eye>print photo >red eye scroll down to partial reset press ok wait 3 mins then should reset . Does not just brings same message up, refer to printer documentation

Instead of Partial reset, choose Full Reset and then check if the error is still there or not.
