Bought a new printer, set it up yesterday with the disc that came with it and it worked. This morning it was turned on, power and wireless connection lit - but it won't print

Thank you for your question, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.

Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Let me know the results please

Waiting ten minutes
Connected again but when I try to print it says the printer is off line - even though all lights are on
Since I only bought it 3 days ago should I return it and ask for a replacement?

Not yet, how is it connecting to the computer, via wireless or a USB cable?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Both, my previous printer was also connected to both computer and wireless

ok, but it can work only one way or the other, is there a USB cable from the printer to the computer?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I think so

can you check and confirm please

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
