Good Afternoon. How do I scan with my Canon MG2459 printer please?
Assistant: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I have never used the scan facility and it is about five years old.
Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: HP Netbook with Windows 10
Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This is my first attempt at scanning with this particular photocopier and I have mislaid the manual.
Assistant: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?

By the way the Canon technician said that I could have a refund for £18.

Furthermore, I have mislaid the manual. What keyboard operation do I use to enable scanning please?
