Hi I've a canon mx475 and have completed the wireless set up. The computer recognises the printer but when a try to print nothing happens

I'm sorry about the issue. Was it working fine previously? Or is this a new printer or new computer, etc.?

Does it give any error or message? Does it print blank pages?
Do you have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac computer?

Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass? (not printing from the computer.)

Only used printer through cable conection with old computer but neigher works now.
New computer on windows 10.
Printer coping function works fine
