Hi,

Please try turning off the printer and your router at the mains socket for 30 seconds, turn both back on and try again.

Hi,

Are there any jobs in the print queue?

If so, try re-starting or cancelling these, then re-start the laptop and try printing again.

Best Regards,

Rich
