We have an Epsom XP332 on the menue we are unable to get the printer to accept standard paper, it will not move from ultra glossy/premium glossy/semi glossy/glossy

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

On the actual printer Go to Setup, Restore Default Settings,. All settings
