Customer: HP Photosmart C5280
JA: How long has this been going on with your printer?
Customer: Too long now!
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: Regularly
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It seems confused... thinks it has a paper jam!

Hi, this is Karthik. I will be helping you from here.

I understand that you are unable to print. Do you see any error on printer's screen?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It also says something is blocking the print heads carriage rail? Without stripping the device, I have had a very good look and blown it out with Dust Off.

Thank you Karthick - I will go through these steps, but am pretty sure (apart from swab cleaning rollers) that I have done all it suggests!
