Customer: Just replaced the cartridges and it is telling me they have to be enrolled with you but I have already enrolled which is how I got the new ink

Yes , For the HP Printers you will have to enroll yourself to HP instant Ink for the same :)

I already have - hence my new ink arrived so I have replaced the cartridges today but cannot print as the printer says enrol - does this happen for each set of new ink ?
